The highlight of the event was the panel discussion focused on endometriosis. This chronic condition affects a significant number of women and has become an area of great concern. With diabetes becoming a pandemic in India and gestational diabetes on the rise, the video focuses on the importance of early detection and its impact on both the mother and baby. By providing valuable information and raising awareness, the video aims to empower expectant mothers and healthcare professionals in managing this condition effectively. This initiative showcases IMA MB’s commitment to maternal health and its efforts to improve outcomes for mothers and infants.

• It was decided by the managing committee of IMA MB 2022-23 to hold Doctors Week activities celebrating the devotion of a Doctor socially and motivating them for self-care.

1 st JULY
• Ashram School Donation Drive Launch: this was launched and we are grateful to generous donors who helped us raise funds nearing 2 lac Rs
• Health Awareness Drive was conducted for CA aspirants and they were also taught CPR by Dr. Neeraj Jindal
• Doctors Day was celebrated with lots of enthusiasm in the evening

2nd JULY
• Trek to YEOOR Hills : nearly 35-40 Doctors did this fitness trek and enjoyed nature. Dr. Amol Jadhav helped conduct the trek.
• School kids’ awareness drive on importance of Trees and how to pot plants

3rd JULY
• Blood Donation: this was held at two places simultaneously and we could collect 193 bags
• Felicitation of 6 Doctors was done for their selfless services towards association and people. Doctors who were felicitated were Dr S n Agarwal, Dr. S R Desai, Dr. P M Rathi, Dr. Leela Agarwal, Dr. Sangita Checker & Dr. Sargam Soni.

4th JULY
• Penkarpada School checkup camp: Lots of kids with anemia were identified and given treatment. Also dental and general health checkup was performed for the same
• Online session: Daily exercise schedule was taken by Manish sir. This was attended by more than 40 doctors

5th JULY
• Plant your own Herbs was conducted online by Dr. Maya and was attended by 30 doctors
• Musical Nite with songs based on Rain was sung by doctors turned singers ( MB MUSIC LOVERS ). It was well appreciated and attended by more than 65 doctors

6th JULY
• PCPNDT & MTP meet was conducted in association with MBMC and was attended by almost 113 doctors
• Anybody can Dance: how to dance in Disco & in Garbha was taught to nearly 20 doctors by Kundan Sir.

7th JULY
• ANC checkup camp was conducted where many High-risk patients were identified and treated.
• HUM KO BHI GUUM NE MARA: Destressing yourself: This was held for doctors by Dr. Danish and Dr. Suresh Patil : renowned psychiatrists

With all these activities, with the help of my entire team and in association with BMA & OGSMB, we celebrated the whole week as
